Standard Block
Each block consists of two halves which together creates a square shaped 60 mm long sealing insert. Standard insert blocks are divided up in seven sizes, 15, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 90 and 120 mm in square.

Correct and safe installations
To achieve the highest standard of safety, a cable or pipe transit must be installed correctly. As there are many different types of frame – which may be either welded, bolted or glued into position – and insert block, it is essential that installers known when to use the most appropriate installation method.

- They are designed to seal cables and pipes with diameters from 3.5 – 110 mm (0.14-4.33”).
- Other dimensions can be supplied to order.
It is important that the insert block is the right size, with respect to the cable, to ensure a proper seal. Measure the cable diameters carefully and select insert blocks according to the table.
Blocks are referred to by their width (A) and hole diameter (B). Thus a block with a width of 15 mm (0.59”) and a hole diameter of 4 mm (00.16”) is referred to as 15/4.
